The Behavior Technician Supervisor (BTS) serves as the crucial link between Behavior Support Technicians (BSTs), individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and the daily operations of Individual Supported Living (ISL). This role involves actively encouraging and mentoring both the individuals served and the BSTs to help them achieve their full potential. The BTS is responsible for providing comprehensive training and support across all aspects of individuals' life activities and to the BSTs working within their assigned clients' homes.
