About The Position

Helping Hands Family is hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to provide personalized, play-based ABA therapy to children with autism. RBTs provide one-on-one direct care in clinics, clients’ homes, or community settings, helping children reach developmental milestones. The role is available for morning or evening shifts. New hires complete company-provided RBT training and are expected to pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire. Employment offers are contingent on successful completion of comprehensive background screening, and new hires must complete E-Verify. The company does not provide immigration sponsorship.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort working with children.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients’ families.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.
• Successful completion of a comprehensive background check, including Social Security and identity verification, reference checks, criminal history check, and fingerprint screening.
• Completion of E-Verify as required by USCIS.

Nice To Haves

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a human services area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with the team to support each child’s progress.
