About The Position

Helping Hands Family (HHF) is hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to provide personalized, play-based ABA therapy to children with autism in clinics, homes, or community settings. The role provides one-on-one direct care, teaches developmental, daily living, and social skills, and supports each child's progress through evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement. Technicians implement sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), collect behavior data, and collaborate with their team. Morning or evening shifts are available. The position is based in South Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort working with children.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients' families.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

• Associate or bachelor's degree in a human services area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.

• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with the team to support each child's progress.
