About The Position
Helping Hands Family (HHF) is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to provide personalized, play-based ABA therapy to children with autism and help them reach developmental milestones. The role involves providing one-on-one care in clinics, at home, or in the community; teaching daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement; and implementing therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The technician collects behavior data accurately and collaborates with the team to support each child's progress. The position includes company-provided RBT training and support to pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Comfort working with children.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients' families.
- Reliable transportation.
- Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.
- Successful completion of a comprehensive background check and required E-Verify process.
