About The Position
Behavioral Technician I (ATH ) Calling all Human Service Superheroes! Are you ready to start a rewarding career? We are seeking a passionate Behavior Technician I to work with individuals living with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and mental health challenges residing in our Adult Therapeutic Home (ATH) located in Culpeper, VA.
Requirements
- Experience working with IDD/Behavioral Health (BH) disorders required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Service field of study, or High School Diploma
- Maintain valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
Responsibilities
- Facilitating daily programs and rehabilitative activities
- Providing therapeutic interventions
- Assisting with personal care
- Working closely with participants’ primary care providers, community crisis services, and families to ensure comprehensive support for those referred to the home.
