About The Position

We are seeking a caring, compassionate, and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with a wonderful 3-year-old child who is nonverbal and on the autism spectrum. Your mission is to help this child build skills, communicate, learn, and shine through individualized ABA therapy. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on a child's learning and developmental journey, celebrating every little win and meaningful progress.

Requirements

• Valid RBT credential
• Experience with ABA and autistic children preferred
• Comfort working with a young, nonverbal child
• Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Work 1-on-1 with a 3-year-old child who is nonverbal and on the autism spectrum.
