About The Position

Provide one-on-one support to a child, helping build skills, confidence, and independence through play. The role includes supporting autistic children as they learn, grow, and thrive, and celebrating milestones and progress. Training and support are provided; prior RBT certification is not required. The position is part-time in New Providence, New Jersey, with flexible hours that can work around school or another job. Compensation is $20–$30 per hour.
