About The Position
The Behavior Technician / ABA Para works one-on-one with a child, supporting autistic children as they learn, grow, and thrive. The role involves playing, coloring, and creating alongside a child; incorporating skill-building into games; and celebrating progress. Flexible part-time hours are described as suitable for someone attending school or working another job. Training and support are provided, and professional experience is not required. RBT certification is not required.
