About The Position

Work one-on-one with a child to build confidence and teach vital life skills through engaging, high-energy activities. Provide meaningful support to autistic children, helping them learn, grow, and achieve their goals. Activities may include coloring, playing games that teach real-world skills, and celebrating progress. Training and support are provided; RBT certification is not required. This is a part-time position in New Providence, New Jersey, paying $20–$30 per hour.

Requirements

• Interest in or studies related to psychology, education, special education, or speech therapy.
