About The Position

We are looking for someone who can celebrate a child's achievements with genuine enthusiasm. This role involves working one-on-one with an amazing child, helping them learn skills, build confidence, and reach goals through fun, engaging activities. You will be supporting autistic children as they learn, grow, and thrive.

Requirements

• Patient enough to explain something more than once.
• Dependable enough to show up when they say they will.
• Energetic enough to participate instead of looking like a phone on 1% battery.
• Kind, compassionate, and genuinely interested in helping children.
• Willing to learn and open to feedback.
• Capable of being silly WITHOUT forgetting that this is an important job.
• A caring attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn matter.

Nice To Haves

• ABA experience is a plus.
• If you own a chicken costume, we have follow-up questions.
