Chapel Hill ISD is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and student-centered individual to serve as a Behavior Support Personnel team member. This position is designed to support students experiencing behavioral challenges in the classroom and help create a safe, positive, and productive learning environment for all students and staff. The Behavior Support Personnel will work directly with students who demonstrate behavioral difficulties during the school day. This individual will collaborate with teachers, administrators, counselors, and parents to provide behavior interventions, support emotional regulation, and encourage positive student behaviors.
