About The Position

The Personnel Program Support Analyst supports USSOCOM at Fort Bragg, NC by providing analytical and administrative program support for personnel and organizational requirements. Duties include documentation, complex data entry, document editing/formatting, schedule and logistics coordination, purchase/work order preparation, and briefing materials for reviews. Requires a bachelor's or equivalent, 6+ years' experience, DoD familiarity, and an active SECRET clearance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree)
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in administrative support or a related role
  • Strong proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
  • Demonstrated ability to edit and format documents with precision
  • Experience managing schedules, coordinating logistics, and preparing comprehensive reports/materials
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
  • Familiarity with government or military processes and protocols
  • Experience supporting DoD or USSOCOM operations
  • Possess and maintain a current SECRET security clearance

Responsibilities

  • Provides comprehensive administrative support for technical requirements with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Inputs and manages complex information in word processing and database systems.
  • Edits and formats documents to ensure clarity and compliance with required standards.
  • Coordinates and schedules equipment utilization and validates material supply and demand.
  • Prepares work orders and purchase requests to procure supplies and equipment on time.
  • Develops briefings.
  • Maintains accessible milestones and resource schedules.
