The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) provides one on one Applied Behavioral Analysis services to children, youth, and young adults with autism spectrum disorder in a center-based setting. Working in the ABA Clinic as an BHT will consist of: Providing interventions and procedures as prescribed in the individualized treatment plan including reinforcement, extinction, verbal behavior intensive teaching, discrete trial training, Natural Environment training. Providing 1:1 or group ABA services in home and community-like setting. Completing billing, documentation, and trainings/supervision within specified timeframes. Providing crisis intervention when needed (training will be provided) Maintaining data collection procedures outlined in treatment plan and per BCBA instruction. Demonstrating professionalism and courtesy when interacting with clients and families. Meeting productivity targets for billable service delivery. Providing Telehealth services including partial telehealth in which services are delivered in-person and clinical oversight is delivered via telehealth. Directing telehealth in which services are delivered by the BHT via interactive video.
