The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) provides one-on-one Applied Behavioral Analysis services to children, youth, and young adults with autism spectrum disorder in a center-based setting. Working in the ABA Clinic as a BHT will consist of providing interventions and procedures as prescribed in the individualized treatment plan, including reinforcement, extinction, verbal behavior intensive teaching, discrete trial training, and Natural Environment training. The role also involves providing 1:1 or group ABA services in home and community-like settings, completing billing, documentation, and trainings/supervision within specified timeframes, providing crisis intervention when needed (training will be provided), maintaining data collection procedures, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy, meeting productivity targets for billable service delivery, and providing Telehealth services.
