About The Position

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB is required. This is a semi-remote role with monthly travel into the Antelope Valley, CA region. Candidates must reside in the Pacific (PST) or Mountain (MT) Time Zone to be considered for this position. Travel expenses are covered. The role offers manageable caseloads with clear expectations for Direct Supervision and Parent Training based on a balanced caseload, allowing you to choose when your clinical care hours are delivered. There is strong earning potential with a competitive salary plus an attainable monthly bonus (up to $21,600/year additional). Requirements

Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Subject to a criminal background check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/ VZV during our onboarding

Responsibilities

Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment plans run with fidelity.
Conduct FBAs, develop ABA programs, and provide parent education.
Adapt with flexibility in challenging situations and seek continuous growth.
Communicate proactively and foster collaboration.
Meets ALP’s standards and funding source required best practices related to client facing care and parent consultation
