About The Position

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB is required. This is a semi-remote role with monthly travel into the Antelope Valley, CA region. Candidates must reside in the Pacific (PST) or Mountain (MT) Time Zone to be considered for this position. Travel expenses are covered.

Requirements

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Must reside in the Pacific (PST) or Mountain (MT) Time Zone
• Subject to a criminal background check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/ VZV during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment plans run with fidelity.
• Conduct FBAs, develop ABA programs, and provide parent education.
• Adapt with flexibility in challenging situations and seek continuous growth.
• Communicate proactively and foster collaboration.
