Behavior Analyst
About The Position
The Behavioral Analyst performs direct care and supervisory duties, including conducting client assessments and observing clients to identify target behaviors. The role serves clients ages 2–21 and collaborates with clients, families, and other service providers to develop and implement Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs). ITPs identify and highlight child, family, educational, social, and recreational strengths, as well as opportunities for improvement. The role supports ongoing development and review of preference assessments, reinforcement strategies, and rehabilitative activities prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist and aligned with the ITP. The position is part-time and based in Pennsylvania. Compensation is $50 per client hour. The role also requires maintaining appropriate Pennsylvania Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances and ensuring documentation and services comply with regulatory and licensing requirements.
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), psychology, social work, education, or counseling.
- Active Pennsylvania license as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, or certified registered nurse practitioner.
- Licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of ABA services.
- Ability to pass Pennsylvania Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances.

- Leadership or supervision experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive client assessments and behavioral observations.
- Identify target behaviors and develop measurable treatment goals.
- Develop and implement Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs).
- Collaborate with clients ages 2–21, families, and multidisciplinary service providers.
- Review and update preference assessments and reinforcement strategies.
- Implement rehabilitative strategies and activities prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist.
- Provide direct care services in alignment with ABA best practices.
- Provide supervision and leadership as appropriate.
- Ensure documentation and services comply with regulatory and licensing requirements.
- Maintain appropriate Pennsylvania Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances.
