About The Position

The Behavior Analyst provides consultation and coaching to address the behavioral health needs of children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of neurodevelopmental diagnoses across residential, community, educational, and health care settings. The role conducts assessments, develops individualized goals and plans, supports implementation and monitoring of behavior analytic interventions, and contributes to novel programming. It also develops and leads professional development and creates educational materials, toolkits, webinars, and other resources.

Requirements

• Master's degree.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Three years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of behavioral health needs and environmental and contextual variables to establish individualized goals and plans for improving outcomes.
• Coach and consult with teachers, caregivers, and other providers on conducting assessments, developing plans, implementing interventions, assessing progress, and fading supports.
• Participate in the development and implementation of novel behavior analytic programming.
• Develop and lead professional development, including creating educational materials, toolkits, webinars, and other resources.
• Collaborate with related service providers and communicate behavioral data in ways accessible to non-ABA providers.
• Develop and document functional, measurable, person-centered short- and long-term goals.
• Identify needs for and make referrals to other services as appropriate.
• Contribute to comprehensive, individualized assessment processes and select and individualize evidence-based practices.
• Support accurate and consistent implementation of behavior analytic plans and monitor progress and clinical outcomes using data.
• Provide technical assistance and training on behavior support plans, behavior intervention plans, safety/crisis plans, implementation fidelity, data collection, analysis, and ongoing evaluation.
• Tailor ABA-grounded education, coaching, and consultation to the needs of parents, community providers, educators, and other learners.
