About The Position

Autism Learning Partners is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical services for clients and families. The role offers a hybrid flexible schedule, with opportunities to work from home for non-billable hours, and a Monday–Friday schedule. Saturday work is not expected unless the BCBA chooses to schedule make-up sessions. BCBAs manage balanced caseloads, with clear expectations for direct supervision and parent training, and choose when to deliver clinical care hours. The position includes support from a clinician-led organization and a support center that handles intake, recruiting, payroll, HR, billing, credentialing, and scheduling. Professional support includes more than 60 hours of onboarding, ongoing clinical support, monthly continuing education units, an annual research conference, weekly Clinical Development office hours, and access to more than 75 approved CEU courses. The organization offers a path from BCBA to Clinical Director. Employment is at-will, with no contracts or non-compete agreements. Potential annual salary starts at $85,000, based on experience, skills, tenure, and geography. Competitive salary is supplemented by an attainable monthly bonus of up to $21,600 annually. The employer states that the role is subject to a criminal background check, TB test, and pre-employment physical exam, which it will pay for.
