Requirements

  • A Master’s degree (MA/MS) degree in psychology or related field with specialization in Behavior Analysis required
  • NJ Board certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • All positions require a valid driver’s license in good standing and pre-employment drug screening
  • All candidates, if hired, will be expected to cooperate with Oaks Integrated Care and The Department of Human Services in all inspections and investigations

Responsibilities

  • Implement behavioral support interventions and activities
  • Provide ABS or PBS Functional behavioral assessments and development of a behavior support plan
  • Complete the initial crisis plan development, documentation and consultation within 48 hours of admission
  • Complete initial crisis plan debriefing with family and youth 48 hours after admission
  • Provide direct supervision to behavior technician as indicated in the certification
  • Modify support plan based on frequent systematic evaluation of direct observational data
  • Provide training to staff
  • Provide specialized assessment of needs and consultation as to resources necessary to meet youth/family needs
  • Assist with developing a family safety plan, resolving the crisis and referring of services to access appropriate treatment, stabilization, level of care and service plan
  • Diffuse the crisis using crisis intervention strategies
  • Work with team members to coordinate care for all clients served
  • Maintain documentation with 98% accuracy, and within the required time frame
  • Participate in team meetings and staff meetings
  • Attend state required sponsored trainings as scheduled
  • Implement individualized behavior support plans
  • Present plans to behavior intervention committee for approval
  • Travel between locations in Burlington, Camden, Atlantic, Cumberland, Gloucester Counties, Somerset Monmouth, Salem etc...
