Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

This role offers a clinic-based setting with a consistent caseload of 6-7 children per BCBA, supported by strong administrative and clinical support. Requirements
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- One year of experience providing ABA services to children preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Values consistency, teamwork, and creating a positive environment for both clients and staff
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision and support to RBTs in a collaborative, hands-on setting
- Work closely with families and multidisciplinary team members
- Monitor progress through data analysis and adjust programming as needed
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with professional and ethical standards
