About The Position

As a Nordstrom Rack team member, the Beauty Concierge works in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, collaborating with teammates to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for customers. The role supports a quick and easy customer experience and helps keep the store clean and clutter-free. Team members may occasionally work in different areas of the store, including the salesfloor and stockrooms, to maintain cleanliness and help customers find merchandise.

Responsibilities include keeping the salesfloor ready through re-merchandising and straightening, assisting with transactions across in-store, online, and mobile platforms, and supporting fitting room operations. The role also involves returning clothing to the salesfloor, organizing stockrooms, checking in and ticketing merchandise, using store technologies, following operational and asset-protection standards, and promoting Nordstrom Rewards.

The position requires continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift and handling merchandise, including bulky or awkward items. Employees regularly lift items up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift items up to 25 pounds. The stated hourly pay range is $18.85–$19.65; offers depend on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Keep the salesfloor ready through re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day.
• Assist customers with transactions across in-store, online, and mobile platforms, using a point-of-sale system and providing a friendly experience.
• Support fitting room operations by greeting and assisting customers and sorting and returning clothing to the floor.
• Sort and return clothing to the salesfloor to maintain a clean, clutter-free customer experience.
• Organize stockrooms and ensure merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed.
• Demonstrate expertise in technologies used in the store environment.
• Follow operational, merchandise, and asset-protection standards.
• Promote initiatives such as the Nordstrom Rewards program.
• Occasionally work in different store areas to maintain cleanliness and help customers find merchandise.
