About The Position

The Beauty Concierge works in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment, sharing beauty trends and product knowledge with customers while helping them find deals and ensuring a quick, easy, and enjoyable customer experience. The role also supports store operations by maintaining the sales floor, processing and ticketing merchandise, resolving customer concerns, and keeping displays and testers ready throughout the day.

Ability to remain calm in a busy retail environment.
Solid math, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to move continuously for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers.
Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Ability to handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, including reaching overhead to lift them.
Ability to regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Share beauty trends and product knowledge with customers.
Help customers find deals while providing a quick, easy, and enjoyable shopping experience.
Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and complete inventory processes, including checking in and accurately ticketing merchandise.
Resolve customer situations in a timely and effective manner.
Work with the team to maintain sales-floor readiness through re-merchandising, filling testers, and straightening merchandise throughout the day.
