About The Position

The Beauty Concierge works in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment, sharing beauty trends and product knowledge with customers. The role focuses on making the customer experience quick, easy, and enjoyable while helping customers find deals. The employee also maintains the sales floor, completes inventory processes, resolves customer situations, and works with the team to keep merchandise and testers ready throughout the day.

Ability to stay calm in a busy retail environment.
Solid math, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to move continuously for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching.
Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Ability to handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching and lifting items above the head.
Ability to regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Share beauty trends and product knowledge with customers.
Help customers find deals while keeping the customer experience quick, easy, and enjoyable.
Keep the sales floor clean, filled, and complete inventory processes.
Ensure merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed.
Defuse customer situations and provide timely, effective resolutions.
Work with the team to maintain sales-floor readiness through re-merchandising, filling testers, and straightening merchandise throughout the day.
