About The Position

The Beauty Concierge helps customers discover beauty products and deals by sharing knowledge of beauty trends and product information. The role focuses on providing a quick, easy, and enjoyable customer experience in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment. The concierge also maintains the sales floor, supports inventory and merchandising processes, and resolves customer concerns.

The position requires continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, frequent hand use and varied movements, and handling merchandise that may be bulky or awkward. Employees regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift items weighing up to 25 pounds. The pay range is $15.70–$16.30 per hour, depending on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The position may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses. • Ability to handle bulky or awkwardly shaped items, including reaching and lifting items above the head.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Share knowledge of beauty trends and products with customers.
• Provide a quick, easy, and enjoyable customer experience while helping customers find deals.
• Keep the sales floor clean and stocked, and complete inventory processes, including checking in and accurately ticketing merchandise.
• Defuse customer situations and provide timely, effective resolutions.
• Work with the team to keep the sales floor ready by re-merchandising, filling testers, and straightening throughout the day.
