About The Position

The Beauty Concierge works in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment, sharing knowledge of beauty trends and products while helping customers find deals and providing a quick, easy, and enjoyable customer experience. The role also supports sales-floor readiness, inventory processes, merchandise ticketing, and customer issue resolution.

The position requires continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, frequent use of hands, and the ability to handle merchandise, including bulky or awkwardly shaped items. Employees regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. The stated hourly pay range is $15.75–$16.35, with offers dependent on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The position may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses. Responsibilities

• Share beauty trends and product knowledge with customers.
• Provide a quick, easy, and enjoyable customer experience while helping customers find deals.
• Keep the sales floor clean and stocked.
• Complete inventory processes, ensuring merchandise is checked in and accurately ticketed.
• Resolve customer situations promptly and effectively.
• Work with the team to keep the sales floor ready through re-merchandising, filling testers, and straightening merchandise throughout the day.
