Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience in a retail or customer service environment.
Ability to effectively influence others.
Ability to stand, bend, and walk for 7 or more hours per day.
Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
Reliable transportation.
Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

Recruit, select, and orient store employees.
Meet sales and performance goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff, including coaching, counseling, and discipline when needed.
Schedule and assign employees, follow up on work results, and meet operational requirements.
Monitor controllable expenses, including labor, cost of sales, and other expenses, to achieve financial objectives.
Maintain store compliance with legal requirements.
Assign tasks to ensure stores are clean, stocked, organized, well-kept, and ready for customers.
Build rapport, loyalty, and long-term relationships with customers.
Create a positive, motivating, team-based environment.
Investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Analyze daily sales and expense information and perform financial analysis to maximize sales and net profits.
Safeguard and account for received money and handle banking requirements.
