About The Position

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience in a retail or customer service environment.
Ability to effectively influence others.
Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods, for more than seven hours per day.
Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
Reliable transportation.
Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

Recruit, select, and orient store employees.
Meet sales goals and performance criteria by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to staff, including coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
Schedule and assign employees and follow up on work results to meet operational requirements.
Monitor controllable expenses, including labor, cost of sales, and other expenses, to achieve financial objectives.
Maintain the store’s stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
Assign tasks to ensure stores are clean, adequately stocked, organized, well-kept, and ready for customers.
Build customer rapport, loyalty, and long-term relationships.
Create a positive, motivating, team-based environment.
Investigate and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze daily sales and expense information and conduct other financial analysis to maximize sales and net profits.
Safeguard and account for money received and handle banking requirements.
