Requirements

Responsibilities

Recruit, select, and orient store employees.
Meet sales goals and performance criteria by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff, including coaching, counseling, and discipline.
Schedule and assign employees and follow up on work results to meet operational requirements.
Monitor controllable expenses, including labor, cost of sales, and other expenses, to achieve financial objectives.
Maintain the store’s stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
Assign tasks to ensure the store is clean, adequately stocked, organized, well-kept, and ready for customers.
Build rapport with customers to develop loyalty and long-term relationships.
Create a positive, motivating, team-based environment.
Investigate and resolve customer concerns in a timely, professional manner.
Analyze daily sales and expense information and perform other financial analyses to maximize sales and net profits.
Safeguard and account for money received and handle banking requirements.
