About The Position

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience in a retail or customer service environment.
Ability to effectively influence others.
Ability to stand, bend, and walk for 7 or more hours per day.
Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
Reliable transportation.
Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

Recruit, select, and orient store employees.
Train, motivate, mentor, and provide feedback to sales staff, including coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, to meet sales and performance goals.
Schedule and assign employees, and follow up on work results to meet operational requirements.
Monitor controllable expenses, including labor, cost of sales, and other expenses, to achieve financial objectives.
Maintain the store’s stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
Assign tasks to ensure stores are clean, adequately stocked, organized, well-kept, and ready for customers.
Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and long-term relationships.
Create a positive, motivating, team-based environment.
Investigate and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze daily sales and expense information and perform other financial analysis to maximize sales and net profits.
Safeguard and account for money received and handle banking requirements.
