Requirements

Responsibilities
- Recruit, select, orient, and maintain store staff.
- Meet sales goals and performance criteria by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff, including coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
- Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
- Achieve financial objectives by monitoring controllable expenses, including labor, cost of sales, and other expenses.
- Maintain the store’s stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
- Manage and assign tasks to ensure stores are clean, adequately stocked, organized, well-kept, and customer-ready.
- Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and long-term relationships.
- Create a positive, motivating, team-based environment.
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze daily sales and expense information and perform other financial analyses to maximize sales and net profits.
- Safeguard and account for money received and handle banking requirements.
