Beauty Advisor - Full Time
About The Position
As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you’ll welcome clients and provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations. You’ll share product knowledge, stay current on beauty trends, and help clients feel confident in their beauty journeys. You’ll contribute to sales goals and key performance indicators while supporting inventory, merchandising, and a clean, organized, welcoming store. You’ll also help foster an inclusive, collaborative environment and follow company policies to maintain a safe and enjoyable shopping experience. The role requires availability for the minimum number of weekly shifts and hours, including during peak retail operations, and reliable attendance.
Requirements
- Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented and inclusive environment.
- Ability to quickly learn and share product knowledge.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Availability for 30–40 hours per week and during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Punctuality and consistent attendance.
Responsibilities

- Keep up with beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Work toward sales goals and key performance indicators.

- Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
