About The Position
The Beauty Advisor combines creative and technical expertise in makeup artistry with a passion for people to provide welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store customer experiences that educate and delight customers. The role works as part of a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events and maintain high visual-merchandising standards. The position offers training and development and is an opportunity to begin or progress a career in prestige beauty. Makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience is desirable, but applicants with amateur-level experience are also welcome if they can demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
Nice To Haves
- Makeup artistry qualification or certification.
- Previous retail makeup experience.
- Amateur-level makeup experience is welcome when accompanied by demonstrated creative and technical expertise.
