About The Position

As a highly skilled make-up artist, the Beauty Advisor combines creative and technical expertise with a passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers. The role also works as part of a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events and maintain high visual-merchandising standards. The position offers training and development and a competitive remuneration and benefits package. Make-up artistry certification or previous retail make-up experience is desirable, but applicants with amateur-level experience are also welcome.

Requirements

• Demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Be able to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
• Have previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Nice To Haves

• Make-up artistry qualification or certification.
• Previous retail make-up experience; amateur-level experience is also welcome when accompanied by demonstrated creative and technical expertise.
