About The Position
As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you’ll welcome clients with warmth, confidence, and a passion for beauty. Through personalized consultations and expert product recommendations, you’ll help clients with their confidence journeys. You’ll share beauty knowledge, keep up with products, techniques, and trends, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive shopping experience. This is a part-time, regular position at Sephora’s Fashion Place store in Murray, Utah. Part-time advisors work 15–29 hours per week and must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts or hours. The role requires availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as punctuality and consistent attendance. The hourly pay range is $18.00–$20.50, depending on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors. Healthcare and wellbeing benefits are available based on eligibility.
Requirements
- Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented and inclusive environment.
- Ability to learn quickly, absorb product knowledge, and share it with clients.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts or hours.
- Availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Punctuality and consistent attendance.
