About The Position

As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you’ll welcome clients and provide personalized consultations and expert product recommendations to support their beauty needs and confidence. You’ll share product knowledge, keep current with beauty trends, help achieve sales goals and key performance indicators, and contribute to a clean, organized, and welcoming store. You’ll also help foster an inclusive, collaborative environment and follow company policies to support a safe and enjoyable shopping experience. This is a part-time, regular position with a stated schedule of 15–29 hours per week. Availability is required during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays, along with punctuality and consistent attendance.

Requirements

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented and inclusive environment.
• Ability to quickly learn and share product knowledge.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Availability during nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance.
