About The Position

As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you’ll welcome clients with warmth, confidence, and a passion for beauty. Through personalized consultations and expert product recommendations, you’ll support clients’ confidence journeys and help create an inclusive beauty community. The role involves keeping up with beauty products, techniques, and trends; supporting sales goals and key performance indicators; maintaining inventory and merchandising; and helping provide a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming shopping environment. This is a part-time, hourly position requiring availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented and inclusive environment.
• Ability to learn quickly and absorb and share product knowledge.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Part-time schedule of 15–29 hours per week; availability during nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations.
• Share product knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
• Keep up with beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
• Work toward and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming environment.
• Promote an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered and contribute to teamwork.
• Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts or hours, be available during peak retail operations, and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.
