About The Position

As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you’ll welcome clients and provide personalized consultations and expert product recommendations to support their beauty needs and confidence. You’ll share product knowledge, keep up with beauty trends, and contribute to an inclusive, collaborative shopping experience. The role also supports sales goals, inventory and merchandising, and a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. Part-time schedules require 15–29 hours per week, with availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented and inclusive environment.
• Ability to learn quickly and absorb and share product knowledge.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Availability for 15–29 hours per week and during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance.

• Meet minimum weekly shift and hour requirements; be available during peak retail operations and maintain punctual, consistent attendance.
