About The Position

As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you’ll welcome clients and provide personalized consultations and expert product recommendations to support their beauty needs and confidence. You’ll share product knowledge, stay current on beauty products, techniques, and trends, and help clients find relevant solutions. You’ll contribute to sales goals and key performance indicators while supporting inventory, merchandising, and a clean, organized, welcoming store. You’ll also help foster an inclusive, collaborative environment and follow company policies to maintain a safe and enjoyable shopping experience. This is a flex position with non-guaranteed hours, requiring 4–14 hours per week and availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as a team in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment.
• Ability to quickly learn and share product knowledge.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Availability for 4–14 hours per week, including peak retail operations, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance.

Responsibilities
