About The Position

As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you’ll welcome clients with warmth and confidence, providing personalized consultations and expert product recommendations to support their beauty needs and confidence journeys. You’ll share product knowledge, keep up with beauty trends, and help create an inclusive, welcoming shopping experience. This is a flex position with non-guaranteed hours, requiring 4–14 hours per week and availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented and inclusive environment.
• Ability to learn quickly, absorb product knowledge, and share it with clients.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Meet the required minimum weekly hours and shifts for a flex position: 4–14 hours per week.
• Availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance.
