Beauty Advisor - Flex
About The Position
As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you’ll welcome clients and provide personalized consultations and expert product recommendations. You’ll share product knowledge, keep current with beauty trends, and help clients feel confident in their beauty journeys. You’ll also support sales goals and key performance indicators, maintain an organized and welcoming store, and contribute to an inclusive, collaborative environment while following company policies and safety standards. This is a flex, non-guaranteed-hours position requiring 4–14 hours per week. Availability during peak retail operations—including nights, weekends, and holidays—and reliable attendance are required. The hourly pay range is $18.00–$20.50, depending on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors. Sephora offers healthcare and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and build strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or other client-focused environment.
- Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented and inclusive environment.
- Ability to learn quickly and absorb and share product knowledge.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Meet the required minimum of 4–14 hours per week for flex scheduling.
- Availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Punctuality and consistent attendance.
