Beauty Advisor - Flex
About The Position
As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you’ll welcome clients, provide personalized consultations and product recommendations, and share product expertise to support clients’ beauty journeys. You’ll stay current on beauty products, techniques, and trends, and contribute to sales goals and key performance indicators. The role also supports inventory and merchandising, maintains a clean and welcoming store, fosters an inclusive and collaborative environment, and follows company policies to help ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience. This is a flex, non-guaranteed-hours position requiring 4–14 hours per week and availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Hourly pay is $18.00–$20.50, depending on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors.
Requirements
- Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented and inclusive environment.
- Ability to quickly learn and share product knowledge.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts or hours, which for flex is 4–14 hours per week.
- Availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Punctuality and consistent attendance.
