About The Position

As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you’ll welcome clients and help them feel confident through personalized beauty consultations and expert product recommendations. You’ll share product knowledge, stay current on beauty products and trends, and contribute to sales goals and key performance indicators. You’ll also support inventory and merchandising, maintain a clean and welcoming store, foster an inclusive and collaborative environment, and follow company policies to help ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

This is a flex position with non-guaranteed hours, scheduled as needed for 4–14 hours per week. You must meet the required minimum weekly shifts or hours and be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.

Requirements

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented and inclusive environment.
• Ability to learn quickly and absorb and share product knowledge.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts or hours for a flex role: 4–14 hours per week.
• Availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance.
