About The Position

As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you’ll welcome clients with warmth and confidence and share a passion for beauty. You’ll provide personalized consultations and expert product recommendations to support clients’ confidence journeys, while contributing to an inclusive beauty community.

This is a regular, part-time, hourly (non-exempt) position at the Cherry Creek store in Denver, Colorado. Part-time schedules require 15–29 hours per week. Advisors must be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.

Requirements

• Experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or other client-focused environment.
• Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented and inclusive environment.
• Ability to learn quickly, absorb product knowledge, and share it with clients.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations.
• Share product knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journeys.
• Keep up with current beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
• Work toward exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming store environment.
• Help foster an inclusive, collaborative culture where everyone feels empowered.
• Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Meet the required minimum weekly shifts or hours, be available during peak retail operations, and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.
