Commonwealth Senior Living is seeking a Beautician to provide on-site salon services to residents in a senior living community. The role supports residents’ confidence and well-being through personal care and positive engagement. Beauticians are independent contractors who partner with Commonwealth Senior Living and are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, and business operations. The position is commission-based, with an 85/15 split and average weekly pay of $150–$200. In rare cases where a community-employed beautician is needed, the role is part-time, typically under 30 hours per week. Employed beauticians maintain their cosmetology license while Commonwealth Senior Living maintains the salon license.
