About The Position

The Beautician provides high-quality cosmetology services, including haircuts, hairstyling, manicures, and other personal care treatments. The role focuses on supporting client wellness and appearance through professional, attentive service in a clean and welcoming environment. The Beautician consults with clients about their goals, recommends appropriate services, and works to ensure client satisfaction while maintaining hygiene and professionalism. The position may require local travel between care centers for coverage. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in the cosmetology field.
Valid and current cosmetology license in Florida.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Bilingual in English and Spanish or English and Creole.

Responsibilities

Provide haircuts, hairstyling, manicures, and other cosmetology treatments.
Consult with clients to understand their beauty goals and recommend appropriate services.
Clean, sanitize, and organize workstations and tools according to state health regulations.
Maintain a positive, client-focused attitude and provide a satisfying guest experience.
Keep up to date with industry trends, products, and techniques.
Assist with supply inventory and notify management when replenishment is needed.
Follow salon or spa policies and contribute to a welcoming, team-oriented environment.
Collaborate with other staff to support smooth operations and client scheduling.
Travel locally between care centers for coverage when required.
Perform other appropriate duties and responsibilities as directed by supervisors or managers.
