About The Position

The Licensed Beautician/Stylist provides contracted salon services to seniors at a Trilogy health campus serving residents in Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and Rehabilitation to Home. The position is part-time, typically 2 to 3 days per week, or on hours otherwise discussed and agreed upon with the health campus. Services are provided onsite in the health campus salon. The stylist independently runs and operates salon activities, including compliance with applicable federal and state health regulations.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed Beautician.
• Must provide proof of insurance.
• Must post an operator’s license at the health campus.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with Long Term Care residents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule appointments for residents.
• Provide salon services including setting, coloring, and perming hair.
• Cut and trim women's and men's hair and beards.
• Style hair according to residents' requests and preferences.
• Promote a friendly and positive atmosphere while providing services.
• Independently run and operate all aspects of salon operations, including compliance with federal and state health regulations.
