About The Position
Beans & Brews Baristas provide superior coffee products and extraordinary experiences to Guests in a professional, fun, and exciting environment. The role is suited to enthusiastic, motivated, and responsible people who enjoy coffee and are interested in learning about specialty coffee. Baristas prepare coffee and non-coffee beverages using espresso machines, blenders, and other beverage-preparation equipment. They also perform basic housekeeping and learn basic cash handling, point-of-sale, and computer skills.
Requirements
- Enjoy working with the public and have a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities
