Possesses extensive knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens, wines, and cocktails to personalize recommendations and maximize sales opportunities. Takes, inputs, and confirms guest orders accurately using the POS system; verifies modifications and special requests with the kitchen and bar. Delivers food and beverages promptly and ensures correct presentation, temperature, and timing. Performs quality checks to confirm guest satisfaction throughout each stage of service, resolving concerns gracefully and proactively. Performs opening, closing and weekly duties assigned. Follows billing, and check procedures accurately and efficiently. Adheres to opening, closing, and side work procedures to ensure readiness for service. Performs additional duties as assigned to support the overall success of the Food & Beverage division.
