The Beach Operations Attendant will support all aspects of the guest experience at the Beach Operations. This role is hands-on and outdoors, responsible for setting up and breaking down beach equipment and assisting guests with rentals and transactions. Requirements

Experience in coordinating and promoting recreational activities.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays required.
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
Able to work in outdoor weather conditions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Assist with the daily setup and breakdown of all beach operations equipment, including chairs, umbrellas, and recreational amenities.
Provide outstanding guest service by handling transactions, processing payments, and ensuring accurate billing for rentals and services.
Greet guests warmly, answer questions, and deliver clear information about beach amenities, safety guidelines, and resort offerings.
Offer Food and Beverage Service to guests on the beach
Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors to support smooth operations and timely service delivery.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized beach environment, proactively addressing any hazards or guest concerns.
Ensure all equipment is properly stored, secured, and maintained for daily use.
Work effectively outdoors in a hot, fast-paced environment while remaining guest-focused and professional.
Support the team with any additional tasks to ensure a seamless guest experience and efficient beach operation.
